In October of 2013 Gazprom petrol stations introduced itself to the public of Serbia via a billboard campaign titled ‘’Welcome’’. This OOH campaign symbolically marked the beginning of company’s operations in Serbia. The main goal of the campaign was to represent Gazprom petrol stations as a modern brand which aims to communicate with their customers in an open and friendly manner, offering them a wide range of products and services, including high-quality motor fuel, a wide range of premium products, fresh beverages and fine food, as well as the impeccable quality of service. Additionally, Gazprom petrol stations offer a range of extra services and amenities, such as free a free Wi-Fi internet connection, ATM, currency exchange office, car wash and children’s playground.
Although the launch of Gazprom petrol stations has set new standards regarding the quality of products and services on the Serbian market, the company is steadily working on improving all segments of their business, with the network of petrol stations that is growing daily.
